<p>PURPOSE:To easily grasp the using condition of jigs and to ensure the effective control of these jigs by taking out the tool information always stored periodically or as necessary. CONSTITUTION:A cell controller 900 includes a jig register means 90, a jig number reading means 92, and a busy information setting means 94. An NC machine tool 20 exchanges the jigs based on an NC program received from the controller 900 and applies the numerical control to each control axis to work an object to be worked and fixed by the jigs 12, 14 and 16. A terminal equipment 902 inputs the items including the working program Nos through the accessory parts Nos and also corrects the subsequent changes. The information on the using conditions of jigs can be obtained by referring to the memory of the tool 20 via a communication circuit 300 and reading the Nos of jigs under working.</p> |
