<p>A scooter having a rockable platform upon which the rider stands with both feet. The platform is attached by a chain to one-way sprocket wheels mounted to the scooter rear wheel rotating the rear wheel to propel the scooter in a forward direction as the front end of the platform moves and as the rear end portion of the platform moves down. The scooter has a position to allow the user to place one foot on the ground and one foot on the platform to propel the same.</p> |
