PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: an oil dispersion, a water dispersion and a polyalcohol dispersion need to be stirred again when producing cosmetics due to the sedimentation of a pigment over time, and an emulsified product can achieve ensured stability but causes bacterial contamination due to water inclusion, whereby a premix is required which does not cause the sedimentation of the pigment, is excellent in temporal stability, and is highly resistant to the bacterial contamination; and because an existing premix for cosmetics merely plays a role in partial composition of the cosmetics, such processes as dissolution, blending, dispersion, and emulsification with other components are required when the cosmetics is produced, which results in a large amount of time and effort.SOLUTION: A premix composition for cosmetics comprises the following components a) to d), has hardness of 45 g or larger, and is in a solid form: a) 40 mass% or lower of one or more pigment based on the total amount of the premix composition; b) 5-35 mass% of one or more water-soluble polyalcohol based on the total amount of the premix composition; c) 5-25 mass% of one or more solid oil based on the total amount of the premix composition; and d) one or more liquid oil.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
