PROTEIN ANTIBODY DERIVED FROM SERUM OF A BOVID

There is described a protein antibody composition for parenteral administration which comprises a large molecular weight protein antibody obtain from the serum of a bovid that has been immunized against an antigenic substance in a parenterally injectable vehicle. The antibody does not result in serum sickness or anaphylactic shock in a subject administered the antibody as a result of prior induction of immune tolerance in the subject.
