PURPOSE:To prevent rush currents by comparing the DC output voltage of a charger with the battery voltage, and controlling the output voltage of the charger so that both voltage may accord with each other, and closing a battery switch at the point of time when both voltages have accorded. CONSTITUTION:Battery voltage VB and capacitor voltage VC are introduced to a control circuit 13 through a switch 11 for taking out the voltage of a battery 6 and the output voltage of a charger 3 is controlled so that the difference between both voltages may be zero. On the other hand, these battery voltage VB and the capacitor voltage VC are also introduced into to a comparator 12, and when the capacitor voltage VC has accorded with the battery voltage VB by the operation of the control circuit 13, the comparator 12 detects this accordance, and sends out a closing signal to a battery switch 5, so when this battery switch 5 closes, the difference between both voltages is zero. Hereby, rush current can be prevented. |
