A mixture is made by adding wax type-caking agent to the mixed powder of tungsten and copper and this is molded, sintered, and then produced to a porous media is infilterated with copper therefor, Cu-W sintered alloy for electrode composed of 75-85 wt.% of W and 15- 25 wt.% of Cu is manufactured. the powder contains 75-85 wt.% of W and 10-15 wt.% of Cu the caking agent of 0.5-2.5 wt.% is added to the mixed powder, this mixture is kneaded at the temperature of 40- 80 deg.C and is sieved the product is molded and sintered by double- activing and this porous media stoving in caking agent is infilterated with 5-10% copper.
