The invention relates to a method for producing a watch glass having at least one gemstone, comprising the steps of providing a support glass (2), providing a cover glass (3), introducing at least one recess (4) into the support glass (2), providing at least one gemstone (5), inserting the at least one gemstone (5) into the at least one recess (4) in the support glass (2), placing the cover glass (3) onto the support glass (2) and securing the entire arrangement consisting of the support glass (2) and the cover glass (3) by means of a holding element (7) surrounding a circumference (6) of the entire arrangement. Furthermore, the invention relates to a watch glass which is produced by the method according to the invention. |
