PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which enhances amusement when a game play moving image is browsed.SOLUTION: A server system 1000 provides a game play moving image in the way that it can be browsed via a communication circuit. In the server system 1000, a comment reception part 134 acquires a comment inputted while the game play moving image is browsed at a user terminal in association with input timing on a moving image time axis. A comment totalization part 136 totalizes the inputted comments with reference to the moving image time axis. A comment display form determination part 137 determines a display form of inputted comments on the basis of a result of totalization. A comment display control part 132 performs control so that the inputted comments are displayed superimposed on the game play moving image in the display form determined by the comment display form determination part 137.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
