A plastic working apparatus to make T-shape tubes of gas lighters comprises a cutting die, a first die and a second die. A round bar made of copper alloy is cutted by the cutting die to a length in order to have a volume equivalent to the volume of a T- shape tube, and is sent to between both dies being opposite to each other. Then the round bar of cutting is transformed into a T-shape tube through successive plastic forming steps. This plastic forming method is simpler and cheaper than die casting process used before in making T-shape tubes of gas releasing valves for lighters.
