PURPOSE:To detect exactly the leakage of pipe and cable for water service, gas, electricity and communication, etc. by mixing a 2-15pts.wt. specified liquefied gas to a 100pts.wt. original liquid containing a surfactant and by forming the most suitable state in case of the leak detection. CONSTITUTION:The liquefied gas is filled in 2-15pts.wt. ratio to the 100pts.wt. original liquid containing a surfactant. The combination of one or >=2 kinds among anion, cathion, nonion and biion is used as the surfactant and an aqueous solution of <=40% concn. is used generally as the original liquid. As the liquefied gas, liquefied petroleum gas (consisting essentially of propane, buthane) is the best gas from the stand point of foam state, but the gas substituting the whole or one part by gaseous propane is used in the usage at fire-prohibiting places. In addition to above-mentioned gas, DME and N2O, etc. are used as the liquefied gas. |
