CONSTITUTION:A transmission part 100 transmitting a spread spectrum signal and a reception part 200 provided with a PN sign generator 30 generating the PN sign for performing the inverse spread of the spectrum are provided, and a holding circuit 36 holding the simultaneous state of the PN sign generator 30 is provided in the receiver. |
