PURPOSE:To manage time a company name, name and time to enter/leave a room while automatically distinguishing a permanently stationing person and a non-permanently stationing person by reading the card of a person to enter/leave the room. CONSTITUTION:When entering/leaving the room, the card is inserted to a card insertion part 1. The characters of the card are read by a character read part 2, and the company name, and the name are identified from the read characters by an identification part 3. A collation part 5 collates the company name and the name identified by the identification part 3 with a company name and a name registered on a permanently stationing person registration part 4 in advance. As the collated result, when there are the company name and the name corresponding to the company name and the name identified by the identification part 3 in the permanently stationing person registration part 4, the person is judged as the permanently stationing person and when there are no corresponding names, the person is judged as the non-permanently stationing person. Then, the company names and the names are registered on an entering/leaving room management and registration part 7 while distinguishing the permanently stationing person and the non-permanently stationing person and simultaneously, the current time managed at a timer part 6 is registered as the time to enter/ leave the room. |
