The thermoplastic resin compsn. comprises 20-100 wt. parts of a polyamide, 1-100 wt. parts of a polyolefin, 0.01-7.0 wt. parts of an unsaturated acid anhydride or its deriv., 0.003-3.0 wt. parts of a peroxide, and 0.01-2.0 wt. parts of a stabilizer i.e. armomatic amine cpd., hindered phenol cpd., phosphite cpd. and/or copper cpd. The polyamide is pref. nylon 6 or nylon 66, the polyolefin is pref. PE, PP, PS, EPD copolymer, ethylenic copolymer, styrenic copolymer or ionomer, and the peroxide is pref. t-butyl hydroperoxide, benzoyl hydroperoxide or di-t-butylperoxide. The thermoplastic resin has a good tensile strength and dimension stability.
