The method comprises (1) densely and uniformly winding a fine wire with a high melting point on the cylindrical substrate composed of Sr-Ca-Cu-O oxide, (2) vapor-depositing a bismuth to a thickness and removing the wire to form a spiral superconducting thin film on the substrate, (3) annealing for a diffusion of the bismuth at 830 deg.C for 2 hours, (4) forming the silver paste electrodes on both ends of the film, and simultaneous cooling and applying electricity in a container in which a liquid He is contained.
