A photo-diodegradable compound is prepd. by (a) mixing 50 wt.part resin, 25 wt.part LLDPE, 20 wt.part fatty acid ester, 3.5 wt.part AS66C1 as electrification preventing agent, 0.5 wt.part stealic acid salt and 1.0 wt.pt IRGANOX as oxidation preventing agent, (b) re-mixing the mixt. with 4.0 wt.pt peroxydiphosphoric acid and 0.1 wt.pt ortho phosphoric acid, and reacting, (c) adding 0.1 wt.pt potassium and 200 wt.pt calcium carbonate into the reactant, and re-reacting to obtain the phosphoric acid salt (I), (d) reacting the mixt. of 55 wt.pt LLDPE, 40 wt.pt fatty acid ester and 5 wt.pt AS11 and ammonium salt to obtain the ammonium ester (II), and (e) mixing 100 wt.pt mixt. of resin and calcium carbonate (mixing ratio = 1:1 - 1:1.2) with 5.5-6.5 wt.pt (I) and 0.1 wt.pt (II) to obtain the final product.
