Extraction lever device for removing domestic electric plug from socket

The extraction lever device is for a plug (1) having a base section into which is inserted an earth pin (5). A hole (7) runs through the plug to the base into which is inserted a push rod (6) with a spring (8). The top part of the push rod protrudes into a shielded area (14) and is attached to a lever (10). One end of the lever is attached to the push rod (9) with a central section forming a cantilever with a spigot in the plug via an oblong hole (11). The other end of the lever has a ring pull mechanism (13). The mechanism is pulled up depressing the push rod and releasing the plug.
