Frame for bicycles and the like with compressed air receptacle for inflating the tyres, comprising a plurality of hollow tubes (2) forming the frame (1) of a bicycle, the inside of said tubes comprising a sealed chamber (3) appropriate to store compressed air with adequate air pressure values and wherein is operatively connected to said chamber (3) valve means (4) for charging/discharging compressed air, an air manometer (5) being coupled to the frame in order to indicate the pressure of the compressed air stored therein, with the option of mounting on said frame a valve device with pressure indicator, a pneumatic device for regulating the height of the saddle (32) of the bicycle, an air generating device (60), and a connector (81) for the extraction and transfer of the contained air.
