The lure is designed to reduce, or eliminate, the spinning of the fishing line, by producing a double rotation about the same axis, generated by the pull transmitted by the line to the ring (1), attached to the lure. A curved section of piano wire (4) is also attached to the ring and carries a blade (7) at its outer end, by means of a second ring (5), and a broken annulus (6). This outer blade causes the piano wire to revolve around the central axis (3) of the lure. This central axis also carries a blade (9), on a stirrup bracket (10). It also carries the weights (8) and the hook (11). This second blade also revolves around the central axis, in conjunction with the stirrup bracket.
