FIELD: production of super light heat-sound-insulating materials based on mineral fibers, glass fibers in particular, that are used for covering of aeroplanes fuselages, motor cars and busses saloons and as heat-insulation in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, instrumentation engineering, dwelling and industrial buildings erection. SUBSTANCE: aggregate has mounted along production operations sequence spinneret blocks and joint of fiber moulding, chamber of fiber settling with gauze conveyer under it, located at input engaged with pneumatic head and fan apparatus for fibers transfer in suspended state, mounted under conveyer and made in the form of system of pipes with holes joint of mat volume increase, receiving high-speed conveyer with sucking chamber and branch pipe located under joints of fiber moulding and joint of binder application, chamber of thermal treatment. Apparatus for fiber transfer in suspended state is made in the form of quickly rotating shaft with radial spokes, that are changeable. In the case ratio of diameter at ands of radial spokes to diameter of high-speed shaft is in limits from 10 to 2.0. Joint of mat volume increase also has reflectors mounted opposite pipes, holes of which are directed to their side. Sucking chamber with branch-pipe has inner perforated wall, that by diagonal links opposite corners of chamber and divides chamber for lower and upper parts. Branch pipe is located on butt wall of lower part of chamber. In the case ratio of total perforations area in inner wall to area of cross-section of branch pipe is form 0.7 to 1.3. Chamber of fibers settling has inlet branch pipe for binder injection. EFFECT: decreased volumetric density, increased elasticity and resistance to separation into layers. |
