PROCESS OF HARDENING OF ARTICLES

摘要

FIELD: metallurgy, technological preparation of production related to replacement of expansive steels with cheaper ones but hardened by proposed technology. SUBSTANCE: process consists in heating and cooling of rolled products. Billet is given opposite heating along sawtooth profile which mean line coincides with resulting vector of speed of rotation of billet for each section remote from center of billet with arrangement of sawtooth profiles on pitch of teeth of linear heater. Heating of all zones of hardening is performed simultaneously with rate of 920-930 C to temperature 950 C followed by cooling with rate of 145-148 C to temperature 210 C and rolling with loading force 1000-1100 MPa with supply of nitrogen to surface of billet under pressure 0.1 MPa with temperature interval 700-950 C. Application of nitrogen during rolling corresponds to profile of pattern in the form of honeycombs. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process.
