<p>Papermaking processes are provided which utilize mixtures of wet strength agents and dry strength agents in amounts that provide paper formed therefrom with decreased wet strength, and hence increase repulpability, without unduly compromising dry strength. Stable compositions comprised of mixtures of wet strength agents and dry strength agents are also provided which may be advantageously used in said processes.</p> |
