FIELD: toilet articles. SUBSTANCE: device for shaving has holder, cutting member (blade) which is attached to holder. Razor blade has opening which creates circular sharpened edge with main areas of surfaces which are located at angle in relation to each other less than 30 deg. and additional areas which are continuation of main areas and located at angle of less than 30 deg. in relation to each other. They create peaks at crossing. Additional areas are displaced in one direction away from main areas, each of then is displaced at angle less than 175 deg. Peak protrudes by 0.01-0.1 mm. Bisecting line of angle which is formed by additional areas is located at angle of 15-35 deg. in relation to plane of shaving. Application of aforesaid device ensures better quality of shaving due to changed geometry of cutting edge. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 22 cl, 7 dwgt
