PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered paint that has excellent adhesion to metal by using PET molded products recovered as waste as a starting material. SOLUTION: Small pieces of recovered PET products in an amount of 100 pts.wt. are melt kneaded with 5-40 pts.wt. of modified polyester resin or 3-30 pts.wt. of maleinized olefin resin to form Pellets. Then, the pellets are mechanically crushed or chemically crushed to form fine particle powder of <=250μm particle sizes.
