Adjustable height head rest for vehicle seat

The vehicle seat has a height adjustable head rest. The head rest is carried on spindles (5) guided in movement by the sockets (6), which are fixed to the seat frame. It moves between a high position and a low position, where the head rest is located against the upper surface of the seat back. It is locked in the required position by means of the bolt (8). It also caries a return device (20), which is designed to act to return the head rest to the low position.
