The preparation is called "Molcicad" and is in the form oftablets which are placed on the bottom of the frames, the beehivesand the cabinets where the honeycombs are stored. As a result ofthe sublimation of the preparation an effect of anaesthesia anddeath of the pests is produced but preserving the honeycombs andthe wax material. The preparation is a mixture of 97-99 wt.% ofp-dichlorbenzene and 1-3 wt.% lavender oil.1 claim/!
