The arrangement (10) includes a weighing cell (27) with a product reception (25), a supply channel (13) for forming a line (16) of capsules (1), an output channel (34) with an ejection element (38), and a winged wheel (40) for conveying the capsules. The wings (41) of the wheel penetrate slots (42-44) in the supply and output channel, as well as the product reception, to form a nearly completed first transport space (48) for the capsules. The arrangement (10) includes a weighing cell (27) comprising a product reception (25), a supply channel (13) for forming a line (16) of hard-gelatine capsules (1), an output channel (34) with an ejection element (38), which is joined to the product reception, and a wing wheel (40) for conveying the capsules from the supply channel to the product reception, or from the product reception to the output channel. The product reception is aligned gap-free with the output (15) of the supply channel, and the output channel is aligned gap-free with the product reception. The wings (41) of the wing wheel penetrate the supply- and output channel, as well as the product reception in the area of corresponding slots (42, 43, 44), whereby nearly completed first transport space (48) is formed for the capsules.
