Device which consists of a structure 2 provided with legs 3 with wheels 4, which is alongside an elevator 5 provided with an endless conveyor 7, and a receiving connection 6 for tubers in bulk which is moved by pinions connected to the shaft which moves cylindrical elements 9 by means of a motor 12, being alongside the cylindrical element 9, the transfer elements 13, which are four in number, forming two pairs with divergent movement, positioned between an upper chassis 8, which have in the zone opposite the cylinders 9 a support cylinder 9', and having in the lower zone of the movement elements 13 silos 14 whose end walls may be moved to expand or reduce the opening of these silos which have in the lower zone devices 20 for pushing against the tubers which have to be treated by the cutters 21. <IMAGE>
