PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of feeding stacked sheets stored in a hopper from a lowest sheet one by one continuously and securely. SOLUTION: Receive guides 4 are provided on both sides in a lower part in a hopper 1 storing stacked sheets S0 to support the stacked sheets S0 with their tips lowered and inclined. Sheet suction part A consisting of a plurality of suction holes 23 are formed at an equal interval on a conveyance belt 20 provided below the hopper 1 using a distance longer than a length of a sheet S1 as a pitch. A suction box 30 is provided below a belt on carrier side 20a above the conveyance belt 20, and a suction hole 31 is formed in a front side part and from an opposing position to a front side in the hopper 1 on a belt guide plate 30a on an upper side. A lower face of a tip part of the sheet S1 is sucked by a suction force acting in the suction hole 23 of the sheet suction part A from this suction hole 31 to transfer the sheet S forward.
