PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the oral administration by dispensing a specified quantity of medicines or foods which are powder, particles or liquid. SOLUTION: A hard cell capsule 30 comprises a body 40 and a lid 50, a friction resistance part, an annular recessed part 42, and an annular inwardly projecting part 52 are formed to hold the body 40 and the lid 50 in a preliminarily fitted condition or a finally fitted condition are formed thereon, and an exhaust recessed part 44 of a specified length in the longitudinal direction from an opening end part 43 of the body 40 is formed. A closely attaching means to closely attach an outer circumferential edge part of the opening end part 43 of the body 40 to an inner circumferential surface of the lid 50 opposite thereto in the finally fitted condition where the annular recessed part 42 of the body 40 is locked to the annular inwardly projecting part 52 of the lid 50, is provided. A content is prevented from being leaked by tightly closing a part between the body and the lid by the closely attaching means.
