PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit high and low rotary torques to a ribbon separating means by switching the rotational speed between high and low speed through a single drive source. SOLUTION: A slip mechanism is arranged in a first gear 9 or a drive gear 8 and rotation of a drive source M is switched between high and low speeds by oscillating first and second gears 11, 12. High or low rotational speed is transmitted to a ribbon separating means, i.e., a pinch roller gear 3, and the pinch roller gear 3 is rotated with high or low torque.
