PURPOSE: The device and the method of manufacturing the fluorescent film of the plasma indicator is provided to give better plastering the fluorescence in the discharge area which is compacted by the partition wall, to save the time for the process of plastering and to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The device for manufacturing fluorescent film is provided which injects and plasters the fluorescence slurry (red, blue and green) in the discharge area between the partition walls. This device is composed of the table (70) of the revolution in both ways, and the line board part (80) which lines up the board on the table, at least one nozzle unit (90) which lies on the upper part of the table (70) and injects color fluorescence in the discharge area, the transporter which transfers nozzle unit (90), the fluorescence slurry supplier (13) which supplies the slurry to nozzle unit (90) and the controller (140) which detects the pattern of the partition wall and controls the transporter (100).
