The gymnastic machine (4) comprises activating means (7) of a two-way short-range communication channel configured to activate the two-way short-range communication channel for exchanging data of the gymnastic machine (4) through the short-range communication interface (9). A training system (100) of a user is also described comprising a portable electronic device (1) associated to the user; activating means (2) of a short-range communication channel operatively associated to said portable electronic device (1), a short-range communication interface (3) operatively associated to said portable electronic device (1), the aforesaid gymnastic machine (4). |
