PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device free to easily connect to and disconnect from a ball nut of a sliding base or a ball screw device of a rectilinear guide device even without passing through a shaft end of a track shaft and a rectilinear motion device using it. SOLUTION: It is a lubricating oil supply device installed on a slide member to be engaged with a track shaft 1 through a rolling element and to apply lubricating oil on the track shaft 1 in accordance with relative movement of the slide member and the track shaft 1 and constituted of a casing constituted of a pair of casing half bodies 40a, 40b and to be fixed on the slide member in such a way as to sandwich the track shaft 1 by these casing half bodies 40a, 40b, a plural number of coating pieces 410 to apply lubricating oil on the track shaft 1 by making contact with the track shaft 1 by projecting from each of the casing half bodies 40a, 40b, lubricating oil storage chambers provided in both of the casing half bodies 40a, 40b and a joint part 7.
