PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a disk being played by another dish without any carrying even if a gear is engaged with the rack of a loading part by shutting off the motive force transmission route of a driving mechanism by a motive force shutting-off mechanism when a disk recording medium is chucked by a disk rotary-driving mechanism. SOLUTION: During a chucking operation, an operation arm 83a is abutted on a movable gear 82 from a lower side, pushing the same upward. Thus, engagement between the movable gear 82 and the large diameter part 80a of a hoist gear 80 is released, and a motive force transmission route to a feeding gear 63 is shut off. Accordingly, the rotational operation of a rear part feeding gear 63 is prevented even if it is engaged with the rack of a disk tray, and the static state of the disk tray is maintained. Simultaneously, the lock pin of the upper surface of a swing frame is inserted into the locking hole of the disk tray. Thus, in addition to the shutting-off of the motive force transmission route, the movement of the disk tray is prevented more surely and thereby a sure static state is secured.
