Classification of semiconductor material

摘要

Semiconductor material classification using a sieve coated with ultra-pure water ice is new. Classification of semiconductor material is carried out using a sieve coated with ultra-pure water ice optionally mixed with particles of the semiconductor material, the sieve being sprayed with ultra-pure water and the sieve openings being perforated during classification. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for carrying out the above process. Preferred Features: The sieve openings are perforated using a high pressure water jet or an IR laser.
