PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a circuit board from being unfairly replaced together with a circuit board box. SOLUTION: A security chip 22 is assembled from the front by a small screw 25 to the rear plate of a main set 20. The security chip 22 can be replaced by loosening the small screw 25 and is unremovably assembled with a main circuit board box 28 by a caulking small screw 33 from the rear. By this constitution, since removing the main circuit board box 28 from the main set 20 requires hard work to loosen the small caulking screw, unfair replacing of the main circuit board 39 together with the main circuit board box 28 can be prevented from being unfairly replaced.
