PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase in which an indicating member having low heat resistance is insusceptible to thermal damage even when it is fixed to a shelf member for heating articles. SOLUTION: Since transmission of heat from a shelf member 10 to an indicating member IP fixed to the front face thereof can be suppressed effectively through heat insulating action of two laterally elongated cavities 15f, 15g provided between the shelf member 10 and the indicating member IP, even an indicating member IP made of a resin having low heat resistance, e.g. PVC can be protected against thermal damage due to heat from the shelf member 10 and prevented from being deformed or discolored.
