PURPOSE: A television with a fire prevention function is provided to turn off the power source according to the detection result of the temperature and smoke detectors embedded in the television. CONSTITUTION: A television with a fire prevention function includes a temperature sensor(100), a smoke sensor(110), a microcomputer(20), and a relay switch(120). The television includes a power supply(90). The power supply(90) converts the alternating power to a predetermined voltage for television operation. The temperature sensor detects the temperature variation in the television and generates an electrical signal according to the result. The smoke sensor detects the smoke in the television and generates an electrical signal according to the result. The microcomputer receives the electrical signals from the temperature sensor and the smoke sensor and generates a control signal to block the power supply when the variation band is wide. The relay switch blocks the power supply according to the control signal from the microcomputer. |
