PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable ejection of small liquid drops in a high frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: An ink passage pattern is formed from a soluble resin 4 on a substrate 1 having an ink ejection generating element 2 formed thereon. A coating resin section 5 capable of being selectively cured by the emission of an active energy beam is coated on the ink passage pattern. After the emission, the non-cured coating resin section 5 is removed, thereby forming an ink ejection nozzle on the coating resin layer 5 at a position above the ink ejection generating element 2 and the ink passage pattern made from the soluble resin 4 is solved to be removed, thereby forming an ink passage.
