PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compact an apparatus by executing a melting position and a pressing position at the same position and to restrain the growth of solidified layer so as not to damage a die at the pressing time. SOLUTION: Raw material metal is laid on a molten metal pool part formed in the upper face of the die 2 constituted with a fixed die 2a and a movable die 2a and after melting this metal, the die is opened and the molten metal flows down from a parting plane 5 of the die 2 and flows into a die cavity 4 formed in the die 2. Successively, the die is closed and the molten metal in the die cavity 4 is pressed so as to fill the molten metal into the die cavity 4, and after cooling, the die is opened and the formed material is taken out.
