The mobile telephone holder has a main body (1) with side walls (11) with a raised section (12) and pierced holes (13). The holder has a rear wall (17) and front wall (16). The raised section holds a pivoting U shaped section (2) which is held in position by two pivoting pins (3) set in the pierced holes. The U shaped section pivots to stand the holder upright.
