PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized-bed incinerator capable of completely burning incinerating material in a combustion chamber without raising a burning temperature in a fluidized-bed and immediately dealing with an abrupt change of an amount of an incinerating material or a heating amount. SOLUTION: In the fluidized-bed incinerator comprising a fluidized-bed 11A disposed at a lower part of a body 11 and a free board 11B disposed at an upper part to incinerate a material to be incinerated such as an urban refuse or the like while fluidizing sand S of the bed 11A by primary air supplied to a bottom of the bed 11A, a combustion gas having a higher igniting temperature of natural gas or the like from a fuel gas supply port 17 than that during operating of the bed 11A is supplied into the bed 11A.
