PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber crawler and a crawler running device capable of eliminating or suppressing banking generated when it runs on a soft ground and sinks. SOLUTION: This rubber crawler 5 is constituted in such a way that running lugs 8 which rise are provided on a ground contact face side of a crawler main body 7 formed like an endless belt by a rubber material and the running lugs 8 are arranged across an interval in the longitudinal direction of the belt and are provided by sorting them to the left and right in the direction of belt width to form a soil discharge part 10 in the longitudinal direction of the belt. In this case, the soil discharge parts adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the belt are arranged like zigzag on the left and right sides by deviating phases in the direction of belt width so that they do not agree in the longitudinal direction of the belt.
