PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the trouble of printing work when there are plural distribution destinations. SOLUTION: A printing controller is provided with a 1st storing means 12 storing fundamental data of a print object, a 2nd storing means 14 storing the information of a receiving side computer, a 3rd storing means 16 storing the information of the computer of a transmission destination, a 2nd information acquiring means 17 acquiring the information of a printer, a 4th storing means 18 storing the information of the means 17, a 5th storing means 20 storing the information of the printer, a deciding means 21 deciding a device control language necessary to the printer, an encoding means 22 converting the fundamental data into control language data, a 6th storing means 23 storing converted printer control data, a table data generating means 24 generating table data obtained by making the computer of transmission destination, the printer and printer control data correspond to one another and a transmitting means 26 transmits control data to the printer by referring to the table.
