PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch for repacking with excellent impact resistance and rigidity. SOLUTION: A pouch for repacking in which an article to be packed is packed in a bag consisting of a laminated film comprising at least three layers contg. a base layer (a), an intermediate layer (b) and a polyethylene layer (c) and forming a sandwich structure wherein the base layer (a), an intermediate layer (b) consisting of a polyethylene and the polyethylene layer (c) are successively laminated and elasticity of the polyethylene of the polyethylene layer is larger than elasticity of the polyethylene of the intermediate layer (b), is provided.
