A control appliance for motor vehicle includes a component carrier (1) with a sealed housing (12,15), an electronic control circuit (13) arranged on the sealed housing (12), and a line/conductor support (2) made of plastics material. A flexible circuit board (11) is taken through the sealed housing (12,15) and on to the line/conductor support (2). Integrated electrical lines/conductors (21) are inserted in the line support (2) and form an electrical connection between the flexible circuit board (11) and electrical components (16). A recess is provided in the unit support (1), and has the line/conductor support (2) inserted into it.
