PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a flow rate always constant if variable resistance loss and secular change occur. SOLUTION: A flow sensor 4 consists of a water turbine shaped rotor 5 formed with a plurality of plates 5a, magnets 7 provided at the ends of the plates 5a of the rotor 5 and a whole sensor 8 for detecting the magnetism of the magnets 7. The rotor 5 of the flow sensor 4 is disposed near a suction port 3a or a discharge port of a water passage in a pump 1.
