PURPOSE: A device for curtain of an air conditioner is provided to save producing cost of the curtain and to easily perform installing operation by using the device regardless of size of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A curtain frame(20) is formed by an upper frame(21) and a lower frame(25). Then, a curtain(30) installed in the curtain frame is formed by plural cells. Herein, the cell is formed in a rectangular type while having an outside folding line connecting a center point to vertexes of corners and an inner folding contact line. The cells are folded while being inserted for adjusting size of the curtain.
