SOLUTION: The shank of a tool made of composite material comprises a first body 14 of steel alloy, a second body 12 formed of carbon fiber or glass fiber coated on the surface of the first body, and a third body 16 formed of carbon fiber or glass fiber coated on the surface of the second body.
