PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing the deviation of fixing film while improving the durability of the fixing film. SOLUTION: This fixing device is equipped with the fixing film 101, and a driving roller and a driven roller (member for providing in a tensioned state) 103 over which the film 101 is provided in a tensioned state, and is provided with at least stopper members 110 and 111 supporting the roller 103 so that one end or both ends thereof can be displaced and regulating the movable range of the displaceable end of the roller 103, and a mechanism making force in an opposite direction to force to displace the end of the roller 103 to one member 111 act when the displaceable end of the roller 103 is displaced toward one member 111 from the other member 110 and making the force smaller as the displacement of the end of the roller 103 toward one member 111 is increased.
